How do I upload receipts for Card Transactions?

There are multiple ways to upload Receipts for Card Transactions:

A. Via Slack. If your company has connected ControlHub to your company’s Slack workspace, users will receive a notification asking them to upload a receipt right after they've made a Card 💳 transaction. To upload your receipt via Slack:

  1. Open the notification about your card transaction.
  2. Reply to the ControlHub App notification by attaching your receipt as an image (PNG or JPG) or PDF file in the response message in Slack. 
  3. Send the message.

B. When viewing the Card 💳 details (while making your purchase, or afterwards), via the Request Details view:

  1. Head over to the My Requests tab to view your requests.
  2. Click on the Request to purchase, and open the Request Details view.
  3. In the Request Details view, scroll down to Payment section, where you will find the card linked to that Request.
  4. Click on the card 💳to view its details.
  5. Click on the Upload Receipt button.
  6. Select the transaction, and upload or drag-n-drop its corresponding Receipt. JPG, PNG and PDF files are supported. 
  7. Click on Done.

C. Via the Pay tab:

  1. Go to the Pay tab.
  2. Head over to the Cards subtab.
  3. Find your card by using the search bar and filters (by status, user, limits, etc.) and click on it.
  4. Click on the Upload Receipt button in the Card Details window.
  5. Find and select your transaction, and upload the receipt image or document for it. Receipts can be uploaded as images (PNG or JPG), or PDF format.
  6. Click on Done.
