How do I upload receipts for Card Transactions?
There are multiple ways to upload Receipts for Card Transactions:
A. Via Slack. If your company has connected ControlHub to your company’s Slack workspace, users will receive a notification asking them to upload a receipt right after they've made a Card 💳 transaction. To upload your receipt via Slack:
- Open the notification about your card transaction.
- Reply to the ControlHub App notification by attaching your receipt as an image (PNG or JPG) or PDF file in the response message in Slack.
- Send the message.
B. When viewing the Card 💳 details (while making your purchase, or afterwards), via the Request Details view:
- Head over to the My Requests tab to view your requests.
- Click on the Request to purchase, and open the Request Details view.
- In the Request Details view, scroll down to Payment section, where you will find the card linked to that Request.
- Click on the card 💳to view its details.
- Click on the Upload Receipt button.
- Select the transaction, and upload or drag-n-drop its corresponding Receipt. JPG, PNG and PDF files are supported.
- Click on Done.
C. Via the Pay tab:
- Go to the Pay tab.
- Head over to the Cards subtab.
- Find your card by using the search bar and filters (by status, user, limits, etc.) and click on it.
- Click on the Upload Receipt button in the Card Details window.
- Find and select your transaction, and upload the receipt image or document for it. Receipts can be uploaded as images (PNG or JPG), or PDF format.
- Click on Done.
