How can I change the "buffer" for my ControlHub Cards?
Your cards buffer is an extra limit for new cards to cover additional costs such as taxes, shipping, etc.
To change the “buffer” on your ControlHub cards:
- Head over to your account Settings (top right gear icon ⚙️)
- Locate the Advanced Settings subtab.
- Scroll down to locate the Cards section.
- By default, your cards buffer will be set at 10%. Enter the new desired value in the Limit buffer field. This value will be updated automatically by pressing enter or leaving the field.
Please note that the new buffer will only apply to new cards. Previously generated cards will have the buffer defined at the time the card was generated.
