How do I remove users?
To remove Users from your account:
- Head over to your account Settings (top right gear icon ⚙).
- Locate the Users subtab.
- Find the user you want to remove (you could use the search bar or scroll down the user list).
- Click on the Trash Can icon to the right of the user in question to remove it.
- You'll be warned about users being permanently removed from the account by proceeding. Click the Remove button to finish.
Please note that once removed, they won't have access to ControlHub anymore, although you can always re-activate a user account by re-inviting them if needed. For more information on how to invite users to ControlHub, please check this article.
