When is a Request considered Purchased?

A Request changes its status to Purchased when all of the items for that request have been purchased. An item is considered purchased when:

  1. The item has been added to a PO, and the PO has been sent to the vendor. 
  2. The item has been linked to a ControlHub Card transaction. In the event that the Request included a ControlHub Card 💳, after transactions have happened, users can upload receipts and link the Transactions of the ControlHub Card to items.
  3. The items, or the Request iself, has been manually marked as "Purchased Externally". For more information on this, please check our articles on how to mark a requests as Purchased Externally.
