When is a Request considered Purchased?
A Request changes its status to Purchased when all of the items for that request have been purchased. An item is considered purchased when:
- The item has been added to a PO, and the PO has been sent to the vendor.
- The item has been linked to a ControlHub Card transaction. In the event that the Request included a ControlHub Card 💳, after transactions have happened, users can upload receipts and link the Transactions of the ControlHub Card to items.
- The items, or the Request iself, has been manually marked as "Purchased Externally". For more information on this, please check our articles on how to mark a requests as Purchased Externally.
