What does "Purchased Externally" mean?
An external purchase is one made outside of ControlHub, meaning that no ControlHub PO was generated/sent, or no ControlHub Card was used.
In these cases, you can still mark your Requests as “Purchased” within ControlHub by marking them as “Purchased Externally” once they've been approved. Please check our article on how to do this step-by-step.
