Can I cancel a Purchase Order?
Yes, you can cancel Purchase Orders (POs). When doing so, all items from the canceled PO will become available to be added to future POs. To cancel a PO:
- Go to the Purchase tab / POs subtab to view a list of your POs.
- Search for the PO you want to edit by using the Search bar, or by filtering by “PO Status” or “Order Status”. Click on the PO you want to cancel, to open the PO Details view. Once there, click on the + More Actions button.
- Select Cancel PO.
Please note that “Closed” POs cannot be canceled.
