How do I upload receipts ๐Ÿ“„ to Requests?

You can upload a Receipt to a request in four different ways:

A. Via Slack. If your company has connected ControlHub to Slack, users will receive a notification being asked to upload a receipt right after they've made a Card ๐Ÿ’ณ transaction. To upload your receipt via Slack:

  1. Open the notification about your card transaction.
  2. Reply to the ControlHub App notification and attach your receipt as an image (PNG or JPG) or PDF file.ย 
  3. Send the message.

B. When you view your Card ๐Ÿ’ณ details while making your purchase, via the Request Details view:

  1. Head over to the My Requests tab to view your requests.
  2. Click on the Request to purchase, and open the Request Details view.
  3. In the Request Details view, under the Quotes section, scroll down to Payment, where you will find the card to use.
  4. Click on the card ๐Ÿ’ณto view its details, such as card number, expiration date and CVV.
  5. Click on the Upload Receipt button.
  6. After using the Card, select the transaction, and upload/drag-n-drop its corresponding Receipt. JPG, PNG and PDF files are supported.ย 
  7. Click on Done.

C. Via the Pay tab:

  1. Go to the Pay tab.
  2. Head over to the Cards subtab.
  3. Find your card by using the search bar and filters (by status, user, limits, etc.) and click on it.
  4. Click on the Upload Receipt button in the Card Details window.
  5. Find and select your transaction, and upload the receipt image or document for it. Receipts can be uploaded as images (PNG or JPG), or PDF format.
  6. Click on Done.

D. When you view your Card ๐Ÿ’ณ details after youโ€™ve made your purchase, via the Request Details view:

  1. Head over to the My Requests tab to view your requests.
  2. Click on the Request of interest to open the Request Details view.
  3. In the Request Details view, under the Quotes section, scroll down to Payment, where you will find the card used and its corresponding transactions.
  4. Click on the transactions link to see the Card Utilization view.
  5. In this screen, you'll find a + button to its bottom-right corner to upload receipts.
  6. By clicking on it, you'll be prompted to upload/drag-n-drop a Receipt for the transaction you selected. JPG, PNG and PDF files are supported.ย 
  7. Click on Done.
