How do Card Transactions get repaid?
If your company uses our P-Card Program (virtual or physical cards), ControlHub will debit your bank account for the cumulative value of Transactions made when either (a) the cumulative value of your transactions pending repayment exceeds your company’s Repayment Threshold, or (b) by the last day of each month; whatever happens first. Your company’s repayment threshold is defined based on the cash balance available in the bank account connected to ControlHub.
Please note that ControlHub's P-cards Program requires a minimum cash balance of $25,000. If your bank's cash balance falls below this level, we reserve the right to collect your outstanding balance at any time from your connected bank account and change your repayment limit to $0.
