Will ControlHub notify all of our company users of the sunset process?

No. ControlHub has notified only the users in your company who are designated as Points of Contact (POCs). You can view your POCs by going to Company Settings → Users.
We encourage you to communicate internally with your team about your company’s next steps after the December 15, 2025 sunset date.
