What will happen to our company's Virtual Cards 💳?

Due to the complex nature of virtual cards and payments, all Virtual Cards will be automatically deactivated on November 30th 2025 (15 days ahead of the ControlHub Sunset date of December 15th).
We recommend providing an alternative payment method to your team members before November 30th to avoid disruptions to purchases that rely on virtual cards.
If your company uses virtual cards for CheckOut (punchout) orders, please note that new virtual cards will no longer be automatically generated after November 30. Your CheckOut vendors may instead send invoices for any orders placed through ControlHub after that date.
