What's the difference between Step-by-Step and Express Flows when creating a Request?
The Step-by-Step Flow in ControlHub allows you to create aRequest in a guided flow, going through six steps. It’s like following a GPS with simple instructions. In the last step, called the Review step, you’ll visualize a summary of all your Requests’ information and a list of required approvers.
The Express Flow in ControlHub provides a faster way to create Requests by visualizing all fields in one single screen. This flow is recommended for “power users” or frequent users of the product.
