How can I see all Requests generated by a specific Team?

To view all Requests generated by a Team member:

From the Company Requests  tab:

  1. Head over to the Reports tab.
  2. By default, you'll be in the Company Requests subtab
  3. Click on the ‘Filters’ icon next to the search bar to the right side of the screen.
  4. Filter by Team in the ‘Teams’ field.
  5. All the selected team's requests will be shown for you to review.

From the Dashboard tab:

  1. Head over to the Reports tab.
  2. By default, you'll be in the Dashboard subtab. In the middle of this screen, you will find a graphic report displaying all total requests by Team (by default) in the current month.
  3. Change the date range if required.
  4. Click on the bar representing the team you want to view.
  5. Click on See All Requests.
  6. You'll be taken to the Company Requests subtab, and all the selected team's requests will be shown for you to review.
To visualize a Team's activity and reports, users need to have either the ‘Edit company settings, add users, modify teams, etc.’ or ‘Visualize their Team's activity and reports’ permissions.
