How to download a report of all my Receiving events?
You can pull the following Reports:
- A report that shows all your POs and their Receiving status: Head over to the Purchase tab / POs subtab, and apply filters to that view (i.e. date filters, etc.). Then click on the Export button. Each PO will have its Receiving status and complementary information.
- A report that shows all your Company Requests, along with their POs and Receiving Status: Another useful report is the Company Requests report, which you can find in the Reports tab / Company Requests subtab. Apply filters to that view (i.e. date filters, Requester User, etc.). Then click on the Export button. This report includes all the Company Requests in your company, plus additional sheets for related POs, Items, etc. Please note that only users with the Permission Visualize all company activity and reports can access this report.
