What is the difference between overwriting a PO and making a new Revision?

The difference lies in that overwriting a PO will not change its PO#, only its content.

A revision will save the PO as a new version, and add a suffix to the PO (such as REV1, REV2, etc.) to keep a record of the PO versions.

If a PO has been previously sent to a vendor, we recommend re-sending the overwritten PO or its revision.

How did we do?
