Are subsidiaries supported?
Yes. Subsidiaries as supported for the following setups:
- If your company is not connected to an ERP, Subsidiaries are supported, and mainly affect the “Bill To” field of your POs, as well as show up as a Category in your reports. To enable the Subsidiaries feature in your account, please contact our support team.
- If your company is connected to NetSuite. As long as the Subsidiaries already exist in NetSuite, they will automatically import to ControlHub for your team to use, and objects exported back to NetSuite (i.e. POs, Transactions, Bills, etc) will get automatically associated with those Subsidiaries in NetSuite.
If your company is connected to Quickbooks, please note that we do not support Subsidiaries since Quickbooks Online does not support Subsidiaries.
