Can I limit which Accounts and Categories from my ERP are active in ControlHub?

Yes. You can determine which Accounts from your ERP (NetSuite or Quickbooks) are available in ControlHub for your teammates to use. You can do this in your Account Settings / ERP subtab, where you can activate or deactivate Accounts and Categories from your ERPs in ControlHub. 

Please note that Deactivating an Account or Category in ControlHub, will not deactivate that account in your ERP. Instead, it will just be deactivated and unavailable for use by your teammates when using ControlHub.

Tip: On the same screen, you can also specify which Teams can use a specific Account or Category of your ERP when using ControlHub. Please check our article for more information on limiting Account/Category visibility by team.
