How can I export my data?

You have multiple ways to download your data:
- Data Dump file -> Easiest. ControlHub provides one full data dump per customer, prepared manually by our technical team. The data dump is in form of a zip file containing data in three potential formats (upon request): JSON format, CSV format, and Excel format. To request this data dump, please email our Support team in advance with your preferred extraction date. We recommend scheduling it after you stop using ControlHub, as any activity after that date will not appear in the data dump. Only one data dump is provided per customer.
- Excel File. You can use ControlHub’s built-in Reports and Export tools at any time to generate custom reports or download all purchasing data in CSV/Excel format. See this article for details: How do I download a report of all the purchasing activity in my company?
- API Pull. If your company already has our API feature enabled, your technical or IT team can extract purchasing data directly via API calls. This method requires code-based access, as there’s no user interface for API exports.
All data related to your company account (i.e. Purchasing Requests, POs, Audit Logs, Users, etc) will be permanently deleted after the ControlHub is sunset on December 15th.
