Will Precoro, or any third-party, acquire our company's data?

No. Your data belongs entirely to you. ControlHub will not sell or share it at any point, before, during, or after the sunset date.
If your company chooses to adopt Precoro as its purchasing system (which we highly recommend, as it’s the closest alternative to ControlHub), please note that ControlHub will not transfer or migrate your data to Precoro. The systems are independent, and no native integration or migration path exists.
All company data (e.g., Purchase Requests, POs, Audit Logs, Users, etc.) will be permanently deleted after ControlHub is sunset on December 15th.
